فاسْتَخَفَّ فرعون عقول قومه فدعاهم إلى الضلالة، فأطاعوه وكذبوا موسى، إنهم كانوا قومًا خارجين عن طاعة الله وصراطه المستقيم.

«فاستخف» استفز فرعون «قومه فأطاعوه» فيما يريد من تكذيب موسى «إنهم كانوا قوماً فاسقين».
