  أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ حَقَّ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلْقَوْلُ فِىٓ أُمَمٍۢ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِهِم مِّنَ ٱلْجِنِّ وَٱلْإِنسِ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ خَٰسِرِينَ

  وَقَيَّضْنَا لَهُمْ قُرَنَآءَ فَزَيَّنُوا۟ لَهُم مَّا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ وَحَقَّ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلْقَوْلُ فِىٓ أُمَمٍۢ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِهِم مِّنَ ٱلْجِنِّ وَٱلْإِنسِ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ خَٰسِرِينَ

التفسير الميسر

أولئك الذين هذه صفتهم وجب عليهم عذاب الله، وحلَّت بهم عقوبته وسخطه في جملة أمم مضت مِن قبلهم مِنَ الجن والإنس على الكفر والتكذيب، إنهم كانوا خاسرين ببيعهم الهدى بالضلال، والنعيم بالعذاب.

تفسير الجلالين

«أولئك الذين حق» وجب «عليهم القول» بالعذاب «في أمم قد خلت من قبلهم من الجن والإنس إنهم كانوا خاسرين».

Those are the ones upon whom the word has come into effect, [who will be] among nations which had passed on before them of jinn and men. Indeed, they [all] were losers.
